Salaries may vary by establishment and area. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) stats show that full time gaming managers were paid a median annual wage of $46,820 in 1999. The lowest ten per cent earned less than $26,630, and the highest ten per cent earned in the region of $96,610.

Gaming supervisors monitor gaming operations and employees in an assigned area. Circulating among the game tables, they see that all stations and games are attended to for each shift. It also is accepted for supervisors to interpret the casino’s operating protocols for players. Supervisors can also plan and organize activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have clear leadership qualities and good communication skills.
